Once again as the vanguard in terms of both aspirations and implementation, in this brochure we showcase developments and innovations that will bring you the greatest benefit possible in your daily work.

Overview of important improvements:

  • SPANS
    Owing to technical adjustments, the products of our Hoesch isowand Design achieve significantly improved spans now. With this, substantially slimmer dimensions of the supporting structure can be achieved and costs reduced. A  significant advantage of up to 50% compared to similar products.
  • BREEAM
    We are listed with our entire product range in the “Green Book”, which contains all certified building materials.  BREEAM is an accredited environmental evaluation method used throughout the world. The classification system it presents is often applied; ultimately, it serves the purpose of verification for sustainably-built  construction projects.
  • FIRE PROTECTION AND INSULATION
    The development of the inimitable IPN insulation material has brought enormous benefits in terms of fire  protection and insulation. Lambda values that have been decreased by 5% make top insulation values possible even with a lower element thickness. Markedly slimmer building envelopes can be designed and built.  


DIE IPN EVOLUTION - PERFECT INSULATION VALUES

A lower lambda value means better insulating properties. In this regard, the IPN 3 foam system is definitely ahead of other core materials. Applied to the individual products, they achieve a lower U value, so the same insulation capacity is reached with a lower element thickness.

This means:

  • more usable space and floor space with the same external dimensions, i.e. greater value for the end user
  • a slimmer and more delicate design of the entire façade structure
  • Easy, quick installation

Hoesch Bausysteme – as a pioneer in the manufacturing of continuously produced sandwich elements, innovation has been our constant companion over the last five decades.

Now another milestone has been set with the use of IPN as a core insulation material. More and more stringent fire protection (safety) demands, coupled with high requirements for thermal insulation and environmental protection, are challenges we meet both for our customers and to the benefit of safety in building.

IPN
As you can see in the picture above, the new insulation core made of IPN features great improvements in terms of fire behaviour compared to the conventional PUR or PIR foam systems. But that's not all: Especially in terms of thermal insulation and environmental sustainability, excellent improvements have been achieved that have already been tested and evaluated.
